1. Service & Credits

Neuralith AI Studio provides access to AI models from OpenAI (GPT-4o), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), DeepSeek, Mistral AI, xAI (Grok), and Moonshot AI (Kimi).

2. Subscriptions, Purchases, Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription prices, billing periods, free-trial eligibility and the amount due after a trial are shown before confirmation in the Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet. A free trial automatically converts to the displayed paid subscription unless it is canceled before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled in the relevant store settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals; unless a refund, fraud action or legal requirement applies, access continues through the period already paid for.

Subscription allowances are service rights for the current billing period and are replaced at the verified renewal date. Separately purchased consumable credit packs do not expire and may be used only inside Neuralith AI Studio. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

Digital credits and AI generation services are made available for immediate use. Once a credit has been consumed or an AI generation has been successfully delivered, that consumed portion is generally non-refundable. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right or any refund available under Apple or Google policy, including where a purchase is unauthorized, defective, unavailable or not delivered as described. Failed or canceled generations that do not deliver output automatically return the corresponding in-app credit reservation; this is not a cash refund.

Refund eligibility and processing for store purchases are handled under the rules of the store that charged you. If a monetary refund is approved, the related entitlement and any remaining credits may be removed. If refunded credits have already been consumed, the account may be restricted while the refunded balance is reconciled. 3. User Obligations

Account Security: You're responsible for your credentials. AI Output Accuracy: AI responses may contain errors — review before critical use.

4. Content & Acceptable Use

Your use is governed by each AI provider's Acceptable Use Policy. Sending a prompt to GPT-4o applies OpenAI's policies; to Claude applies Anthropic's policies, etc. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these policies. You are solely responsible for your prompts and how you use AI outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to each AI provider's terms, you own the AI-generated content from your prompts. The Neuralith name, logo, interface, and software are our exclusive property. Similar prompts may produce similar outputs for different users.

6. Liability & Termination

Termination by You: Delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete Account. Data removed within 30 days.

Termination by Us: Accounts violating these terms may be suspended without notice. Unused subscription allowances end with the applicable entitlement, subject to mandatory law and store policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer right or forum available under applicable law.
